Positive: Location perfect - property itself was stunning. Good sized pool and plenty of shady areas when needed.

Negative: We usually go away as a group of six but only four of us this time. Only small criticism would be that there was nowhere to eat outside at a table that would seat six. Garden area is wonderful and it would be good to have a shady place to eat there.

Summary: Wonderful week in a beautiful home in a first class location.

Positive: The property is immaculate and super modern. Everything you need is in the property. The owners are really helpful and very accommodating. We loved the location. The views from the balcony are dreamy. It is a little out of the town and so nice and quiet yet you can still walk into the town along the water front for dinner and drinks. We would definitely come back. We loved this property and location!

Positive: We loved the villa. It had plenty of space, both indoors and out. Although it was just the two of us with our baby, it's definitely large enough for 4 to 6 adults to share and not feel too confined.

Negative: The electric gate to the parking area is a little inconsistent when closing. Sometimes it jams and resets itself before trying to close again, so we would end up parked outside for a minute to make sure they did eventually close.

Positive: The property is absolutely stunning and a design gem. It is a gated property so provides total security and it's location means you have a private pool as well as fantastic sea views. The property was spotlessly clean and comes with everything you need and more. The house was even cleaned during our weeks stay. The location is great for people watching and offers a promenade to a number of restaurants nearby and Porta Montenegro a little further along. The hosts were extremely friendly and extremely helpful. We had a fantastic stay here and were even able to bring our dog.

Negative: The property does have a main road behind it and properties around it so it is not totally secluded but as the shrubs in the property's garden become more established it is likely that this will lessen the noise from the road. This did not marr our stay though. We particularly enjoyed the gorgeous pool from which you can also see the sea. It really is a beautiful property
