Positive: Very quiet and well appointed house. The house is brand new and very clean with a well laid out kitchen and top of the line appliances. The pool was perfect for kids and cooling off during the day. The house has really nice rooms for families with multiple lofts for kids and comfortable beds. Awesome hosts! Thank you Cinzia and Federica! They were very helpful and friendly and know the area and the food scene very well. Close proximity to the lake ~50 meters. Great open air cafe within 150 meters. Easy access to downtown Gravedona and the ferry with either a 15 minute walk along a nice road or fording the creek (knee level water) and a 15 minute walk through beautiful church grounds. Great grocery stores within a 3-5 minute drive.
Negative: It was exceptionally hot (92-95 degrees Fahrenheit) while we were there but there isn’t any air conditioning. Fans were good for sleeping. The house is brand new and Cinzia has already completed the wiring for air conditioning which they plan to install before Summer of 2025.
