Positive: Large accommodation with a large balcony. Lake and mountain views. We watched both sunset and sunrise from the balcony. Kind and helpful hosts.

Negative: Even though we booked with breakfast, we received cake every evening (baked on site and very tasty) rather than a conventional breakfast.

Positive: We stayed in the villa for 10 consecutive days on a star trip, the place and location are excellent, parking is close to the farm, the house is large, clean, tidy and spacious, the kitchen is always full of food, pastries and drinks, the owners are charming and take care of us all the time, the view is stunning, highly recommended for travelers in Umbria

Positive: The location of the apartment is wonderful for traveling both in Tuscany and Umbria. The view of the lake from the balcony of the apartment and from everywhere in the yard is great. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable and provided everything we needed. The hosts were also charming and welcoming.

Positive: The beautiful garden, the beautiful porch, the comfortable apartment. And mostly - welcoming and friendly hosts, that made us feel at home. They made us 2 amazing cakes. The fridge and kitchen were full of ingredients. They took us to a tour in their garden and invited us to taste the fruits. Very warm experience.

Negative: The jacuzzi was far away from the room so we didn’t use it at all.
