Positive: Great location and the outside space and pool are great

Negative: The villa is very dated and some of the furnishings have seen better days. The pool lounger cushions were dirty and some cushions were ripped. It seems the villa has been furnished from ikea which isn’t really suitable for this kind of rental property. What isn’t mentioned in the listing is this is not the entire villa it is only the ground floor. The top floor has residents living there which is not a problem but would have been nice to k ow in advance. What is also not explained is the entrance to the villa is on the beach front path and not the main road. CHeck In is 4pm and our flight landed at 12pm we asked for an early check in or at least tomato our bags. We were promised by the agent they they would look into the possibility right up to the morning of our flight but they never bothered to respond so we were left with nowhere to go for 4 hours. We also lost a day of our holiday waiting in for electricians as there was a power issue. Overall the villa is fine it could do with a make over and the back room and bathroom does have a damp smell. The pillows and soft furnishings really do need replacing as well. The location is great and we have stayed in this area multiple times and thought a private villa would be nice for a change. Having a pool to yourself and the outside space was nice

Positive: We enjoyed our stay at the property, it was really nice and well maintained. Surely recommend to my friends to visit with family as it's a perfect pace to relax and enjoy with the family at the same time.

Negative: The only unpleasant thing happened to us was at our arrival we had a issue to check in the property due to the wrong key which did not allow us to enter the property as it was too late in the night and there was no one to help us so we had to book another hotel for that night and check in the next afternoon. The staff apologized & were really very kind. This is a human error. The quality of stay we had was excellent & we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Now we are waiting for the compensation which I am sure will be taken care by booking.com

Positive: Stunning villa in fabulous location on the beach....very quiet but with restaurants and shops close by....accommodation felt luxurious and the warm pool, sublime!

Negative: Can't honestly think of anything.....tiny criticism would be that when dropped outside by airport cab, Need to know to go around to beach to access from the rear....that aside, there's nothing not to like.

Positive: Perfect location...loved the pool and outside area. Everything we needed was provided, plus a little welcome pack. Great few beachside bars and restaurants within a 10 mins stroll. We would love to return to the villa.

Negative: It wasn't clear in the description that it was just the downstairs use of the villa.We only found this out from reading reviews. That said, it didn't impact our stay. Just a little noise occasionally upstairs but nothing intrusive.

Negative: When o booked it advertised Sauna and Hot in.. main reason we booked it. Got there and didn’t have them. Paid a lot of money for short stay. Then the toilet broke on first flush.. owners not helpful and said if I don’t like it go somewhere else.!! They would compensate me for advertising hot tub and sauna. Said it’s booking com fault. The owners called it fraudulent to advertise.

Negative: The advert never said you were only hiring the lower part of the Villa although the pictures show the full Villa. This was a little disappointing for our honeymoon as we had a family living upstairs in the villa which didn’t give us full privacy
