Positive: A beautiful historic castle with elegant interior décor and cozy, inviting rooms that make you feel right at home.

Negative: Service really needs improvement. At the pool, no one seemed responsible for actually serving guests. During dinner, I was shocked to be charged almost €50 just for asking for a little extra spaghetti. At the BBQ, my girlfriend—who is vegetarian—was still asked to pay the same price as meat eaters (over €70), which felt unreasonable. Overall, the experience left us feeling overcharged and poorly taken care of.

Positive: UNBELIEAVABLE find in Tuscany - truly the best place we stayed amongst a few other hotels. Incredible value for money. The property is simply divine and a hidden gem - would stay again and again and we even talked about potentially having a wedding there as it's so so stunning. We were greeted with an amazing dinner and the staff are so kind and friendly.

Positive: The place is freshly renovated Nice view Pool Food is delicious, restaurant in the evening too Good place for weddings Stuff speaks russian, Italian, English

Negative: If you like old villas this is not for you, as the renovation is not on par with historic builds. Stuff was friendly and put a bottle of champagne for bday, BUT told me they've upgraded the room to one with air conditioning, bit this (as per Booking.com info) was already a feature of room I've booked, ad also the pictures were same to what room I've booked and not "upgraded" room. The road to villa is terrible, at least when you have a more sporty car, unfortunately. Villa is in ownership of a russian couple, so main guests are wedding guests from russia (is up to you if this is bad or not). This all are my private thoughts, subjective and may not represent your own opinion.
