Positive: We had a wonderful stay in this peaceful and charming house in southern Italy. We travelled with children who loved the beautiful pool and the sandy beach just a 4-minute walk away. The house was perfectly clean, with a well-equipped kitchen – we didn’t miss a thing. The outdoor facilities (shower, toilet, and foot tap) were very practical. The outdoor seating area was lovely, with almost no mosquitoes. The hosts were very kind and regularly checked to make sure we had everything we needed.

Negative: A small note about the front door lock could be helpful – it’s best to keep the key in the lock to prevent it from closing unexpectedly.

Positive: We liked facilities outside a house, such as shower and toilet with washing machine. The nearest beach 200m away. The airport Lamezia is only 40 minutes by car. Very nice stay, thank you!

Summary: Amazing villa in Briatico, very peaceful neighbourhood. Highly recommend it.
