Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The dream view and the big property. The size of the house. The quiet and remote location.

Negative: This is the only property where we paid cleaning services in Sardinia, and it was the less clean, by far. The maintenance and finishings of the house are poor, sometimes dangerous. Everything is do-it-yourself with inconsistent workmanship. We missed a gas stove lighter the first morning, but two old and useless ones were in the drawer. We did not find a sharp knife in the whole house. Is that really the land of cheese and salami? The house is a pandemonium of useless and outdated stuff. The AC turns on erratically, the washing basin is not fixed on the ground, the stray cats are lovely, but imposed. Honestly, we've had a good time there, but the price tag does not match the state of the residence. We got twice better for twice less money.

Summary: Great place that badly needs refurbishing and clean up.
