Positive: Location is excellent. The owner is friendly and ready to help. House is comfortable and suits our goal of friend-reunion. During our stay the mountain road was blocked and the owner has extended our stay for no charge.

Negative: Both minuses are season/weather-specific - water tank is only 500L. The property is planning to extend it, but for now - it was not enough for 12 people, we have faced shortage twice - termo-isolation on the windows and some wall is terrible. The heating is good, so we were not freezing, but in the evenings, it was relatively cold
