Positive: The pool and location

Negative: It is not set up for a family. This is meant to be self catering but there are hardly any cooking utensils and if there are, they are melted and broken. One hob ring doesn’t work at all Cleaning could have been better - the light fittings are full of insects, dust behind all furniture and a damp/dirty smell in all bathrooms. The air conditioning in the bedroom was so dirty on the vents that we didn’t even turn it on. We had no hot water for a while as the hot water runs on solar panels and it was cloudy weather. No back up boiler. The advert states the house is suitable for 12 people - not if they wish to have a hot shower each! We were sharing showers with our children!! I did contact the organisers who said ‘bad weather so no hot water’ as if that was an accept response to a family. The walls are paper thin so we were regularly woken up by the neighbours who adjoin the property

Summary: Not suitable for a family of four, let alone 12!!

Positive: Decent size property with comfortable beds. WiFi was intermittent however I managed to resolve this myself. Pool cleaning was good but had to top up main pool every other day.

Negative: Parasols leaking water and did not secure umbrellas. Complained about this on two occasions and it wasn’t resolved which was very disappointing. Got blown over and hit me on the head. external socket hanging out of the wall, again this was not rectified. I have since seen some of these issues had been highlighted which was concerning. The grounds need maintaining as it was all weeds. It’s frustrating as a days maintenance to resolve lots of small issues could be done in a day. If this was done I would rate it at least a 8. Also spent first morning cleaning cigarette butts and random rubbish from the garden. Tiles missing from kids pool again an easy fix. The dirt under the beds and unit in living room again disappointing. We left the villa in a better condition than we arrived . Air con in main bedroom started leaking water a day before we left. I did not report this as I had no confidence in any action being taken . Garden furniture needs replaced as well as sunbed covers. As previous review needs a bit of TLC. I would return and recommend if these issues were resolved.

Summary: Very easy to fix the issues but fell on deaf ears unfortunately.

Positive: Good size pool with children's pool, good size bedrooms, plenty sunbeds

Negative: Wasn't as clean as I would like, exposed wiring on balcony, scribble on wall, lounge and kitchen area small for large groups, top floor bedrooms have low height doors only suitable for children. Pool appears to lose a significant amount of water and is cold. No Internet on arrival as box missing, sorted on first morning.

Positive: Cozy, comfortable, and well-equipment with everything you could need. Nice outside area with a private pool and terrace. The pool was wonderful with plenty of loungers for everyone. Thank you for organizing a perfect holiday.
