Positive: Everything was amazing. We truly appreciated our host who genuinely cares about guest comfort. You can't learn or fake this, you are born with it! :) Freshly renovated property with so much character. Host has made significant effort to create cozy and homelike atmosphere. Meanwhile including everything you might need during your stay. Comfortable bed and pillows. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Quiet neighborhood. Cozy living room to unwind after a long day on a beach or exploring surrounding nature. 30 minute drive to Vai palm beach and other wilder beaches. Sitia is just few minutes away by car. Thank you so much for the useful gifts as well! So tasty! :)

Positive: Excellent property, very well organized and fully equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Spacious, with a lovely yard, very quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently located very close to Sitia.
Negative: Nothing in particular. Everything met our expectations.

Positive: The house was very clean, well lit, with all possible facilities including a washing machine, coffee machine and beach equipment (umbrellas, beach towels etc). Host was very helpful throughout the whole stay - he even brought us his own honey and olive oil and gave us plenty of recommendations. There is free parking next to the house and a fantastic local taverna where we ate on all 4 nights as it was that good. Rooms were spacious, clean and cozy.

Positive: Amazing host and the accommodation was stunning. Newly converted to a very high standard with all mod cons. Tavernas minutes walk away, a true gem. We loved every minute of our stay and wish it could have been longer. Host lives next door and is always at hand for any questions, he was really helpful and nice.

Positive: It was a lovely home very well thought out. It had a really nice area outside for coffee and breakfast. Being on one level it was ideal as I was recovering from an operation. It's location was excellent being only a few minutes from the square with coffee shop and tavernas.

The interior of the Villa reflects a meticulous balance of functionality and design. Fully equipped with high-quality appliances, ergonomic furnishings and thoughtful touches such as high-speed Wifi, brand new air conditioners and ceiling fans, a well-equipped kitchen, etc. that cover both leisure and remote working needs. The presence of a large terrace further enhances the guest experience by providing them with a private retreat. Attention to detail, such as impeccable cleanliness, clean linens, and odor-free spaces, indicates the host's commitment to hygiene and strict adherence to protocols comparable to those of luxury hotels. Pantelis' hospitality deserves special recognition. His responsiveness and willingness to answer our questions immediately reflect his professionalism and strengthen trust with the guest.
