Positive: The location was excellent close to the beach restaurants stores the pool was nice and clean. The free parking was very nice. The hostess Zana was great very accommodating kind and helpful. We’ll be back.

Positive: Žana, the host, was fabulous. She was so welcoming and gave us so many helpful recommendations to make our trip unforgettable. We were able to park out the front which was very helpful. The property is also well located, around a 25 minute walk to Makarska harbour and beautiful coastal paths to some lovely villages in the other direction. It was also well located for trips to the Biokovo skywalk and we also spent a day in Bosnia, around 90 minutes to Mostar. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was also lovely and well maintained.

Positive: Just returned from an 8 night stay at Villa katarina and myself and my wife were more than happy with this apartment. Clean and tidy, comfortable and a quiete location even though only a 5 minute stroll to the beach and restaurants on the front. Makarksa centre took us anywhere from 15 to 25 minutes depending on how quick we wanted to get there. The pool area was like an oasis and a lovely place to relax. The pool and area around it is cleaned daily and really looked after, quite a small pool but we werent there to swim more to relax and cool off. However, what really made the place special was the host Zana, an absolute assett to this company, she was there for us whenever we needed. She gave us recommendations for the best restaurants/bakery/shops and sent us in the right direction for the best beaches and walks to get away from the busy places when we asked. There are plenty of options to choose from in terms of accommodation in the area so i may have been tempted to maybe try somewhere else next time we visit for a change but really just because of how welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly zana was, we will actually be booking villa katarina again for our next trip.

Positive: Zana, our host was the kindest angel! With 5 minutes walk you can reach the beach, bakery, pharmacy and the promenade. Great pool, room was well equipped and clean.

Negative: Only 4-5 parking spot is available in front ot the building, others need to park in a parking area - 3 min by car, max 10 minutes walk from the villa. It was free and arrainged but not too comfortable if you plan to use your car daily.

Positive: You won’t find a better spot in Makarska, so quiet and relaxing but still in the city. Swimming pool area is lovely, room very clean and location perfect. Žana the host is amazing person who looked after us. Highly recommended.
