Positive: The views were amazing. Property was compact with everything you could need. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience the beauty of Anguilla at a reasonable price. You would definitely need to rent a car. I would stay here again.

Negative: There was air conditioning in the bedroom only so the rest of the villa was quite hot. Loud music from the town below until 2am some nights but didn’t really bother us too much as the a/c drowned out the sound. The outside of the villa could do with a bit of TLC.

Summary: First time to visit Anguilla and it won’t be last. It’s unspoiled and beautiful.

Positive: Villa Kaiae is situated on the hill above Sandy Ground bay. A small and unassuming property, it does require some easy refurbishment (painting). However, after initial hesitation it grew on us and its character, charm and location were all positive. A homely feel, a lovely view of sunsets and on the airport flight path ( not noisy) and simple but suitable facilities (great shower and bed), we were sad to leave. Lovely walk to the point down the hill.

Negative: Some work to upgrade the painting and decoration would be beneficial. Its rustic charm may deter some customers but it does grow on you. You need a car as it is 5 mins of the man road. This can be organised through the owners and collected at Blowing Point harbour.

Summary: A rustic and simple cottage style property with gorgeous views and much charm. Great value for money

Positive: Anguilla has way more to offer than we expected! Island is so clean! Food delicious, sunrise and sunset to die for! Beaches made you feel like you are in paradise! Our house was so cute and peaceful, we felt at home. We will be back for sure !!!!
