Positive: Everything. all the little touches. Teabags. Hand-wash. Fairyliquid. From home to home. Hairdryer. All the instructions for things. Leaflets of places to go. Loved the 3 balconies.

Negative: Everything was wonderful. The icing on the cake would be 2 blankets to put on your legs to sit on the balcony. & a bottle of wine on arrival on the table 2 glasses. Thanku for everything. I hope we can save to come here again...

Positive: The flat was exceptional well furnished clean and the views from the balconies second to non. Every item for every day living was provided. Bed comfort 10/10. The nice touch was the perfectly sized table and chairs for the balcony.

Negative: Steps down to property horrendous, in fact downright dangerous, there’s 48 at 45 degrees and no two are the same. Hit my head on a low door frame several times on one occasion deep laceration bleeding profusely.

Positive: The view was beautiful, the appartment was very clean and cosy. It had everything we needed for cooking and made an amazing holiday. The location is excellent, and we found parking in the town car park very easy as it is only a 10 minute walk to the cottage. The bridge to the flat was very magical and overall we had an amazing time.

Negative: We arrived on Dartmouth regatta day which we weren’t aware of. This meant we could not park in the main car park, so were told to go to the park and ride which we had a permit for. However on arrival we were told the car park was shut and had to park on an estate. This made unloading our stuff extremely difficult. A prior email to inform us that we wouldn’t be able to park in the car park would have made our arrival day a lot less stressful.

Summary: A perfect apartment with an absolutely sensational view.
