Positive: Great location for walking to the beach and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Outdoor area had everything we needed including the well maintained pool and garden. It also offers ample space and sun loungers to sit in the sun. The roof terrace is a lovely place to sit in the evening watching the sun set with a glass of wine. Well equipped kitchen.

Positive: The villa was spacious and clean. It was fully equiped, there was nothing we missed. Kitchen had everything! The Lady Caroline who met us with the keys was so kind and helpful. The pool was clean and big and the kids spent the entire week in it. The villa is close to La Duquesa and San Luis. We shopped in Lidl, which was close by. The beach in San Luis was beautiful. We had a wonderful week. I only wish we stayed for 2.

Negative: Honestly there was nothing I did not like.

Positive: The pool area and garden were clean and well looked after by the two gardeners that came every Tuesday. The beach was only a short walk over the motorway and the bar there was very good.

Negative: Firstly, this is NOT a two bathroom property. We paid for a two bathroom property but the second bathroom is an dark and dingy outside toilet with the washing machine in and mops and vacuum cleaner that also happens to have a shower in it. The drain in this room also blocked on the second day we were there and the stench went all through the property. The dishwasher needs to be cleaned properly as it’s dirty and the arm inside is blocked so wasn’t washing properly. All the crockery etc therefore was dirty and needed washing before use. The best way to describe the inside of the property is grubby. It needs a deep clean. The bed in the room by the front door is falling apart and needs replacing. The mattress is lumpy and very uncomfortable. Also in that room, the curtains don’t fit the windows and one of the poles was broken which we reported but was not fixed. All the cushions outside were either dirty, stained or ripped and the balcony was dirty and uninviting with large empty plant pots and a dirty table and chairs. There is no information booklet inside which we expect and always have usually. We did not therefore know that the gardeners were coming the first morning we were there. All in all, we did not feel this was worth the £3000 we paid for eleven nights.

Positive: Great sized villa with lots of different areas to eat relax sunbathe . Pool was lovely and clean. Garden was beautifully kept. Bonus for me was the washing machine !

Negative: The overall appearance was beautiful but could do with a freshen up. Mattresses definitely needed renewing as did crockery and utensils in the kitchen. Also as a precaution the step down in the outside patio would benefit from being highlighted.
