Summary: Clean fadt and simple check in.

Summary: Cons: DIRTY. Crusty food on the walls (looked like lettuce and cheese?) Light fixtures were super dusty. The sheets and pillowcases were filthy (we put our t-shirts over them to sleep.) Towels were really dirty and had hair on them. Pros: Front desk person was very friendly. Free parking. 15 minute drive to Disneyland without having to use the freeway. Even though the room and linens were dirty the sink, toilet, and bathtub were clean.

Summary: Very sweet family people run the place. The floor could be mopped better, but the bathroom is always clean. Place has no drama. Super quiet you can't hear the boulevard. 😆

Summary: The staff here are great and the location is very convenient if you’re visiting Knott’s Berry Farm. I felt safe and the area was decent. That said, the hotel is definitely dated and "well-loved." Our room had some functional issues—the AC was weak, the bathroom door was in rough shape, and the beds were doubles rather than the Queens we expected. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly spot and aren't too picky about the room condition, it does the job
