Positive: Lovely hosts who gave us local history. The food and service was amazing. My husband has food intolerances and the menu was adjusted for him. Also bed was so comfortable and shower great.

Negative: Took us a while to realise where to park (you can just park on road by front door)

Positive: A wonderful English/Scottish style villa in tiny Picinisco. Elegant interior, beautiful views, excellent restaurant. Wine estates all around, a few minutes drive away. The owners are extremely polite, the service is accordingly discreet.

Negative: The breakfast was good, but modest (on the other hand, dinner was excellent).

Positive: We loved the location and the views are magnificent of the Valley. Gaynor was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area. The restaurant offers a fabulous locally sourced seasonal tasting menu which is exquisite and changes regularly. A truly wonderful stay. Thank you.

Positive: We had the best time at Villa Inglese. Gaynor was the loveliest hostess and was keen to ensure that our visit was perfect. We had a meal in the restaurant and the food was exceptional. Ben is obviously a hugely talented chef. The villa itself is delightful place to stay. Our room had a wraparound terrace with views over the stunning Italian mountains. We loved it!

Negative: We had a perfect visit!

Positive: This villa is absolutely stunning. The location is beautiful and the views from all rooms are incredible.

Negative: There is nothing I could fault . Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working but they were working on getting it fixed . An engineer was scheduled to visit .

Positive: Perfect location beautifully decorated with links to its history and its ethos Probably the best views in Italy and then there’s the food which was locally sourced quite easily the best I have tasted.beautifully presented and introduced by staff who were just charming ,knowledgeable and friendliest you could meet . Ben you are a genius

Positive: It was a lovely Villa type property central to the village , furnishings were really nice the bedroom and bed was very comfortable . We had a terrace with amazing views over the valley . The host Ben and his team were amazing ..We don’t consider this property a three star this deserves a higher rating . The food and service is definitely 5 star it was a wonderful experience - we loved it.

Negative: No tea or coffee machine in the room only because we are up very early 5/6.00 am and I would’ve liked my morning coffee on the balcony /terrace before heading down to breakfast on the main terrace which was fabulous.

Summary: Wonderful experience we loved everything about our stay here and the food was out of this world a real culinary delight

Positive: A beautiful Villa with gorgeous views down the valley. A short walk into the main square. Lovely furnishings- staff were incredibly attentive and kind. We booked dinner for 5 of us and were treated to Michelin Star fare and wine. Quite a treat - thank you
