Positive: The location, the surroundings, the classical style, home feeling, private What’s app contact with the owner Massimo was possible Also Massimo made sure breakfast was good offering different possible egg dishes. Parking the car at the property very easy

Negative: Coffee or tea would have been nice in the room I could have asked. What’s app contact was also possible if you needed to request anything which was very nice to know I found it difficult to find the location as Google Maps doesn’t recognize the location. Massimo did on forehand send me a message advising me of the ramp leading to the property situated opposite an enclosed parking garage and a stone throw away from the town hall.

Positive: 1. Very friendly and helpful owner. I called to ask if I could check in earlier since I was tired from traveling, and he made no problem at all even though it wasn’t the official check-in time. 2. Beautiful views. Peace and quiet all around - you can really relax here. 3. Spacious rooms. 4. Possibility to sunbathe on the terrace.

Negative: 1. The toilet flush works poorly and is very loud. 2. It would be nice to have an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. 3. Breakfasts are quite basic… some yogurt would be a great addition.

Positive: Location is great, host is perfect, we loved the dogs, but if anyone does not like them, it might be better to tell the host beforehand.

Negative: There is no air condition, because it is a villa built in 1960, and in the summer, the temperature is hot and it is not possible to keep windows open long due to mosquitoes. The facilities are also according to the age of the house, but everything was functioning well and we had everything we needed for three night stay.
