Summary: Everything went well, Moena (Sandro's sister) met us at the Villa, lovely lady and very easy to get on with. This rural area has an electronic entrance gate and the gate to the villa is also electronic, very secure. The villa is ideally situated with fantastic views, never been anywhere so peaceful and relaxing. 5mins into Santa Theresa, quite a few restaurants there, Il Grottini being my favourite. A 15min ride will get you to Vignola Mare, lovely beach and a very nice restaurant on the front, ideal with plenty of parking available. This is a Villa not to be missed. Thank you Moena hope to see you again.
