Located in the heart of Panorama nearby the airport, the city center and other attractions.
Detached house 390 m2 on a plot of 800 m2. The detached house consists of 3 levels. The two are of primary use while the one consists of parking and auxiliary spaces.
The ground level of 130m2 consists of a very large living room with access to the garden and an autonomous kitchen recently renovated, type island, WC and laundry room. At the upper level we also find a sleeping area , which consists of: 4 bedrooms (One master with its own bathroom) and another (URL HIDDEN) rooms have balconies and some of them offer views of the Thermaikos. In the basement, there are 2 closed parking spaces, warehouses and the boiler room. The garden is very nicely decorated and the residence is very close to school, park and Super Market.
