Summary: Although we shared the villa among colleagues during a trade show and did consequentlly not utilize the facilities to the maximum we definitely appreciated our stay highly. The house was clean and is well equipped; everything was matching the description. We enjoyed great Service by the housekeeper Jean-Pierre who really made our stay a perfect one. He was very helpful showing and accomodating everything needed and in coping to our "special" requests (e.g. organizing a charging cable for our EV). Communication with the owner Olivier was easy-going, but commited on all admninistrative stuff. Bottomline a perfect stay, great thanks again to Olivier and JP :-) and we definitely consider coming back.

Summary: We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the house. Coffee and croissants (picked up nearby) al fresco, a day at the beach or shopping in Cannes (walking distance) or at the many landmarks and destinations within a 60-90 minute drive. Regroup at the pool in late afternoon and had as many dinners at home (well equipped kitchen and grill allowed us to take advantage of the amazing produce and local ingredients) as at the great restaurants in the area. J-P was a wonderful caretaker and source of information. It was fantastic!

Summary: We had a very good stay with the only problem that we could not stay longer. The villa was very nice, the beds are comfortable, the climate (june) was ok (not too hot in the house). Over all we loved it The host and his team is very friendly, the communication is perfect.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this villa in Cannes. The house was comfortable and very generous with space for a large group. The outdoor pool and courtyard was incredible. We spent many nights enjoying meals and wine on the terrace. The villa has gorgeous landscaping and is incredibly private, yet close to everything in town. Olivier and Jean Pierre take good care of us. Highly recommended

Summary: Olivier's communication was great and JP who met us was charming and extremely helpful. Luckily we had a French speaker in our party so that helped although we did get by in broken French/English and sign language! The property was a good layout and size for our party of 5 couples and the location was good, about a mile walk into Cannes centre. We liked the secure gates and parking for 5 cars. My only gripe is that the pool was a little dirty around the water rim and there were a few cobwebs in the property and it is a little tired constructive feedback rather than criticism though. Overall we were all happy and comfortable at this large Villa
