Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Amazing location and a charming, spacious house. Grounds and garden were beautiful and peaceful. Host was very friendly and took care of all our needs and questions. Easy to get around the area from this location.

Negative: There were no extra linens or towels in the property. Also, a couple items of furniture were damaged and should be fixed. Only these two small things hold it back from a 10/10!

Positive: The villa itself is beyond pictures so pretty and comfortable. We are group of 10 pax and there are enough space for everyone to enjoy their time in the villa. The host is very accommodating and generous. Would visit again when we want to go to lake como.

Positive: Stunning location, within easy reach of Bellaggio by boat or taxi. Being right on the water is wonderful.

Negative: The roads are kind of dangerous around there, so we opted for traveling by boat or taxi rather than car when we could. We had no option for shopping, so used the car.

Positive: Beautiful old villa with a large garden and private beach/boat dock. Giuseppe is a very friendly and helpful host. We stayed here with a group of friends. Everyone admired the location. Everything works like it should and the stay was comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped but a bit too small for cooking for 10 people.

Negative: Some beds were too soft for adults and the villa could use some maintenance. For instance on the balconies, the wood was bad in some places.
