Positive: Lovely well equipped Villa with fantastic views

Negative: Was not given a warm welcome, the agent Bruno was very abrupt. Did not provide any useful information, only negative comments about how isolated we would be, lack of taxis, buses, bars restaurants open at the time of year, would not manage to get about for shopping etc. without a car. We all felt very deflated. Despite his negativity we managed to get around and enjoyed meals and drinks in the local town and Olbia.

Positive: Excellent location and view. Great )to have 2 flats on top of each other

Negative: No beach towels supplied, when so close to lovely beach With a later check in would be nice to be offered shopping delivery for first night. Also only 4 loo rolls provided!

Summary: Great place for family holiday, with lovely beach so close. Swimming Pool was very cold , but it was the end of October

Positive: Location, ability to handle large party of 8. Pool and access to beach excellent. Short drive to town and close airport.

Negative: Lack of amenities. Linens and pillows need upgrade. Would be nice to have more basic supplies as closest stores have limited stockpiles ( like coffee filters, etc)
