Positive: Beautiful large private villa and pool, got everything you need from towels to toilet roll, kitchen utensils and ironing The air-conditioning is amazing! Felt very safe too

Negative: The pool was cloudy when we arrived but the owner solved a couple days in and was then wonderfully relaxing and as a gesture of good will, allowed us to stay and enjoy our last day til the evening when we were due to fly

Positive: The bedrooms and living space is modern, comfortable and clean it felt very relaxing and a nice villa to stay in for the week. Car port and off street parking.

Negative: The windows and doors don’t have amazing seals which meant we had a few visitors from ants. Deposit still not confirmed as being reserved despite the fact we left 12 hours ago.

Summary: Lovely villa, great place to stay when in spain.

Positive: Good clear communication for arrival, promptly met at the property for handover and a muddle up with pool heating was handled exceptionally. Property is very well kept, clean, and provides a perfect base in the San Javier area. Lack of a hairdryer and a power issue were dealt with quickly and resolved in a positive manner. Would happily visit again. Wonderful outdoor spaces with multiple dining and seating areas providing a multitude of options depending and the weather and time of day. Local shops and amenities are a short trip away.

Negative: Traffic noise was noticeable at times, however it was to be expected, given the location.

Summary: Lovely family friendly property close to the beach with a great pool and wonderful outdoor space
