Positive: The most incredible property we have ever rented on Booking.com. David is a phenomenal host who puts so much care and detail into ensuring your stay is perfect. He is very responsive, understanding and kind. The house itself is a work of art. The showstopper - it’s pool, garden and gazebo is where we’ve made our greatest memories as a family. Extremely lucky to have been able to stay here.

Summary: Most beautiful house with incredible views. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Positive: Everything about the property was perfection. Location: Starting with the distance to the airport, 15mins at best was a pleasant surprise. It is perfectly located with amazing views of the hills. I'm not a golfer but if I was, this was be heaven on earth as we were overlooking a lovely golf course. It's only 5mins from Petra tou Romiou which has some amazing sunset views. We rented a car and it was less than a 30mins drive to Paphos Old town and the surrounding sites. Driving to Ayia Napa which was only 1.5hours and was well worth it for a slightly different experience. Facilities: I couldn't be more complimentary of the facilities. We arrived late March when the daytime weather is great but evenings and nighttime were a little chilly. As such, the heated pool and jacuzzi were always lovely to come home to. The pool is a really good size for most levels of swimmers - much bigger than most places with an external heated pools. The rooms and bathrooms were perfectly sized for 8 people with some stunning balcony views Service: David and Nicos were absolutely first class in helping manage any issues we had. Extremely quick to respond and always keen to do whatever it took to make our stay comfortable. They were also kind enough to offer an extended checkout time unprompted. This was particularly helpful as we were flying back to the UK late in the day and made for an extremely comfortable exit. The check-in and checkout processes were seamless. All in all, I would highly recommend this villa if you're considering visiting Paphos but also wanting to explore wider regions of Cyprus. Would also highly recommend renting a car for convenience and flexibility.

Positive: The best villa we ever stayed in. Honestly can't get better than this place. The facilities were just amazing in great condition. The staff was so helpful and ready to help 24/7 with anything. Rooms are stunning with a stunning view of the golf valley. The pool and the garden were clean and nice. The neighborhood is so relaxing with lots of things to do. I would definitely recommend this place and wish to go back again. Honestly don't even think twice about it!!

Positive: The villa was gorgeous, set in a spectacular location around 10-15 minutes walk from the main Aphrodite Hills complex. We used all four double bedrooms and I had been worried about whether we would feel crowded but the split level living space indoors together with plenty of usable outdoor space meant this was never an issue. The pool is wonderful, the 'gazebo' was a favourite spot at all times of the day, and the views from almost every room were incredible. The finish and furnishings in the living spaces and bedrooms were immaculate and the house was spotlessly clean. Everything worked perfectly, and the linens and towels were of a very high quality. Communication from David was excellent, and Nicos and the resort-based team were very friendly. We have stayed multiple times at Aphrodite Hills (hotel) in the past as the facilities are great for all ages, and it is ideally located for exploring the island. Kouklia and Mandria with their reasonably priced tavernas and shops are both only a few minutes drive away but having so much on hand in the 'resort' - from sports to shops, bars and restaurants is ideal as you don't have to drive if you don't want to. For anyone wanting to know the layout, you enter the villa level with of three of the bedrooms: a double with it's own balcony, then a twin in the middle, followed by the main suite which has dual aspect views. The latter two share a large balcony. These three rooms have stunning views over the valley. There's a further spacious double on the lower floor with a patio door opening directly outdoors onto the grassy area beneath the pool area. The living space is on the middle 'floors' - a mezzanine level with kitchen and dining space, and a lower level with comfortable seating, TV and access to the terrace.

Negative: * None of these are really 'dislikes' as our stay was amazing. Just extra observations really - we would definitely love to return which is not something we often say * We were lucky to stay at a quieter time as the bowl shaped valley setting did mean sounds carried from neighbours and the Secret Valley golf clubhouse. The villa is on the outer edge of Aphrodite Hills - the massive bonus is the view (and for us this far outweighed everything), but anyone less physically able would definitely need transport as the walk to the main resort / taxis / bus stop could be a struggle for some. We had 3 small / medium cars between us - with some maneuvering we were able to wedge two of them into the parking place, and the other had to be parked up the road - this was fine for us but is something to be aware of if you mind parking away from the property. There were a few (very minimal) signs of wear starting to show in the villa's kitchen and bathrooms - and on the exterior. When we arrived only six of the eight sunbeds were usable - the other two were broken and stacked by the hot tub. Both poolside parasol holders were also broken and one of the parasols itself. We did receive one additional sunbed promptly and as we didn't all use to pool together very often it wasn't a big issue for us. As we stayed at the end of the summer season I'm sure these minor glitches will be rectified.

Summary: Stunning villa in the most gorgeous location on the edge of the fabulous Aphrodite Hills development
