Positive: I spent three nights at Villa Henri with my boyfriend, my cat and my dog. We stayed in the apartment, not in one of the rooms, and we had a great time. The apartment is very cozy and equipped with everything you need (even salt, oil etc in case you want to cook). It overlooks a garden where you can chill or have your meals (the breakfast is very filling!). The owner, Sophie, is such a lovely person. She gave us tips on where to eat or take a stroll and easily accommodate my dietary restrictions, even if I gave her little notice. Her dog, Jackpot, is the cutest and very friendly. We would have loved to stay longer!

Positive: What was NOT to like! There was a welcoming hostess, a beautifully renovated villa, and a 5-Star breakfast! Sophie was a delight, and we really enjoyed her joining us for conversation at breakfast. We discovered so many similarities between the people of France and the people of the United States! I cannot say enough about the quality of the breakfast. She scrambled us the most perfect eggs, in addition to the breakfast items she had already prepared. She made a scrumptious breakfast with her own homemade carrot cake, crepes, and croque monsieur. The breakfast room was beautifully decorated and a pleasant environment for conversation. It was a wonderful, first-day stop-over as we started our European travel, having flown into Paris. We will come again whenever we fly into Charles DeGaulle. Thank you, Sophie!!!

Positive: Bedroom and breakfast were excellent, room warm and cosy Gated grounds were good for exercising our dog. In middle of village so walking distance to amenities. English spoken by proprietor

Negative: Only fault is poor signage at entrance to villa. When we arrived all the gates were chain locked and signage was very small and high up on gate post. Having realised we was at the right place then you have to ring the door bell and the proprietor appeared to open the gate
