Positive: 1. The apartment was very spacious. 2. The outside area is very pleasant. The pool wasn't very big, but it was good enough. 3. There's a family of very cute kittens living in the area. 4. The host was nice and friendly.
Negative: 1. The cleanliness of the toilets could be improved... 2. Would be nice as well if the Wifi worked indoors. However, outdoors the connection was really good!

Positive: Everything was perfect, very close to the beach and restaurants, no more then 10 minutes. The villas are equipped with the essentials, and the living space is very generous. The houses, pool, and garden, are clean and well-maintained; everything is done with good taste and attention to detail. There is a private terrace in front of each cottage, and ample parking space among the olive trees. During the stay, the room was cleaned and the bed linen changed once. Barbecue facilities are available in the yard, and the hosts are very kind and helpful.
Negative: We had some problems with hot water. Every three villas share a water heater, so if the neighbors use up all the hot water, you risk having to wash with cold water.
Summary: Perfect stay

Positive: The owner Makis and his family! From day one we felt so welcomed! The atmosphere made us feel like we were amongst friends. He truly represented the Greek "Philoxenia" spirit ! It was my first time visiting the village of Psaropouli. The sea was so calm with crystal clear waters. The local taverns were all extremely competitive priced, with good food options and even cheaper than the ones you can in Athenian Seaside. The property was literally just a minute's walk from the main beach. The rooms were nice and clean. The pool & pool bar facilities were also sooo nice and convenient! ... you just need to taste Makis amazing Kontosouvli & barbecue skills 😋
Negative: I do not believe there was anything negative.

Positive: We stayed in two of the apartments in the complex, both were great and well maintained. The hosts are so lovely, we loved chatting and having coffee with them. Villa Greco is located just next to the beach with many restaurants and 2-min walking distance from the supermarket which made it easy to cook.
Negative: Everything was amazing
Summary: Beautiful home with a pool in North Evia

Positive: Nice with pool and short distance to the beach. Also nice having a pool bar…
Negative: There are very thin curtains and no aircon in the sleeping room 1 so the door must be open to kitchen room. So if you need darkness sleeping this is not your place… The freezer cover was broken in our fridge…
Summary: Nice stay!
