Positive: Having the pool was great. The whole place was clean and tidy and Mark was always on hand to answer questions and book transport for us.

Negative: The showers in the property were cold and very weak. The water went off in the village one day which was nobody's fault. However, the showers in the property do need looking at. This said, it didn't spoil our stay.

Summary: We would all go back to the villa!

Positive: The house was just lovely, clean and well furnished, was very comfortable . The pool and pool area was fab. Mark the owner was extremely attentive, any issues he was straight down to help us. I would definitely come back here again, the location was perfect, a short walk to the local shop that sold everything we needed. The bars and restaurants were all lovely.

Negative: Nothing at all , it was brilliant

Summary: There was 10 of us in the villa, it was very spacious and rooms to spare. We had the best time

Positive: The stay at Villa Grande went above and beyond our expectations. Mark was on hand from the get go, he didn’t hesitate to answer any questions, offer advice on the surrounding area, and put us in touch with local taxi companies. We can’t thank him enough. The property itself does everything it says on the tin. Really comfortable accommodation, with enough space for large groups. The area is quiet, which offered us privacy, and not having to worry about neighbours. The location was great, and getting into town was easy enough. Even after coming home late once or twice! We look forward to our next visit! Thank you once again!

Positive: Fantastic pool area. Great facilities- air con in all rooms, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, gym. Lovely village location with a few great restaurants. Taxi and bus service to Rethymno, the beach, etc. We went to a nearby wedding at Agreco Farm and the villa was perfect for this. Great for a large group, plenty of space. The host, Mark, is very helpful and always contactable. Value for money! The photos do not do it justice!

Positive: Great host. Property located in a very nice village with everything needed (shop, bakery, tavernas) and yet still close to the Rethymno and to the see. Property itself has very nice pool in the garden - just perfect! Very nice villa for larger groups of friends / family.
