Positive: Hospitality of the host, clean and comfortable room yet small, quiet location (except of heating pump and some other noises from the neighboring structures

Negative: A bit of technical noises occasionally in the evenings. Lack of kitchen utilities to cook (a kind of oven) but you can warm breakfast in microwave and there is a fridge.
