Positive: Very nice and quiet location. The apartment is very clean, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom. Basically you have everything you should need and maybe some extras too :) The host is very nice, replies very quickly to all demands! Overall, an excellent experience!
Negative: Honestly, there is nothing we disliked.

Positive: The communication was excellent – especially helpful as we had never used an electric, app-operated door before. All our questions and requests were answered within minutes. The rooms are modern and very well equipped. The wide range of kitchen utensils was impressive – almost overwhelming in the best possible way. The beds are comfortable, and parking is well organized. Our dog was even welcomed with prepared food, which was an exceptional and thoughtful gesture we have never experienced anywhere else.
Negative: If you book multiple rooms, it helps to decide in advance who will stay in which room. Before our arrival, we didn’t know which room had three beds, so we requested the access codes for our phones without assigning them to specific rooms. We sorted it out later, and the correct guest was able to access the room from another phone, but it did cause some initial confusion. The windows are only covered by shutters - if you want to wake up in the dark in the morning, you should be prepared for that. Mürzzuschlag has a pleasant small town center, although the railway line running through it strongly shapes the town’s layout. A bigger issue is the limited number of dining options in the evenings – on Sunday, for example, we had to drive to Spital for dinner. That said, for those visiting for skiing, dining at the mountain huts after a day on the slopes is always an option, and of course the apartment kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals.

Positive: Clean, modern a comfortable
Negative: The app for the check in did not work well for mw, but the owner was very helpful and ready to sort the issue out immediately. Early checkout - 9:00 is quite challenging when you have kids.
Summary: Nice, modern place

Positive: Location. Facilities. Cleanliness. Bed-size. Comfort. Kitchen facilities. Seperated toilet/shower.
Negative: The pillow. Please offer more pillows of different firmness. (Still 4+/5) If more efficient blackout curtains or blinds can be installed that would be better for summer. (Still 4+/5) Providing larger shower gels would be better. (Still 4+/5)
Summary: Excellent location. Convenient check in and entry. Pristine property. Comfortable furnishings.
