Positive: The host met with us in front of the house. It is a great property with a great view. Very big. We loved the kitchen. we cooked a lot.

Negative: A wash machine would be great to have it. Especially when you travel to other cities during summer, but it wasn't a big issue for us. Also there was a great pool- we couldn't use it.

Summary: Great location. Beautiful property. Great host.

Positive: Villa Gaga was very modern, clean, newly refurbished, air-conditioned and spacious. I have stayed in Dubrovnik before and what I liked about the Villa Gaga was the space and views. Perfect for a family.

Negative: I can’t fault the accommodation.

Positive: Decor is very stylish. The apartment is very clean. Owner Kristian was very attentive and got back to us immediately. Fabulous views.

Negative: The bed in the small bedroom is not very comfortable. Everything else was as expected - no complaints at all.

Positive: Very nice apartment, with fantastic views from the balcony. Nice place to have a cold beer or glass of wine. Everything was clean, kitchen had all the necessary amenities and Kristian was a fantastic host - always available and helpful. As the hosts live downstairs the same house arriving and leaving was quick and easy.

Negative: Apartment is situated on a narrow and very steep street. It is challenging walking up the hill and if you are not experienced driver it might be tricky to get up the hill and park the car as well.

Positive: The view and the size and decor were amazing. Fit our group of 6 comfortably.

Negative: These aren’t jabs at the place or owner but suggestions for a better experience for guests. Biggest thing for our group was hot water was finished after one person showered. No iron or laundry (which was known). Towels were low quality. Location was a short drive to the old town, however it is located on a very steep and small hill which some Ubers struggled with but not a major issue. Obviously not owners fault or anything.

Summary: Comfortable and okay stay for our group. Amentities and hot water needs to be improved.

Positive: Villa Gaga was one of the nicest properties we’ve rented over the years. Especially because it’s family owned and managed, their gracious hospitality and attention to detail was very much appreciated. We preferred staying in the harbor location (the view from the terrace is absolutely amazing!) and enjoyed the neighborhood atmosphere, but it was still easy to get into Old Town either by bus or Uber. Plus the port is right there (even with all the steps!) for any boat excursions. As hosts they always responded promptly to any questions and were very helpful in their response. Our time there was truly memorable. We all thank you!
