Positive: The property has only recently opened so all the facilities are like new. We had the best nights of sleep here, with the most comfortable bed and warm room during January, and the surrounding area being extremely quiet. It was amazing to wake up in the morning and see the views of the sunrise over the Umbrian hills, this property is in one of the most beautiful locations. Isabella and Antonio are so welcoming and you feel like you are at home here. The sauna was lovely and we loved the breakfast selection and herbal teas. So relaxing! We will be coming back and we're really looking forward to it.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Francesca! It's a perfect spot if you are planning to drive around and visit Spoleto, Montefalco, Spello and the other picturesque borghi of Umbria! The structure is recently renovated and it has excellent breakfast with a priceless view. Definitely recommended.

Negative: Nothing really but it could have been useful having a small fridge in the room.
