Positive: We’re regular visitors to the Villa Francesca - it’s our preferred place of stay for the opera festival in nearby Pesaro. Irina and Ranieri couldn’t make us more welcome. It’s a beautiful ,location and a friendly small establishment - only 10 rooms. Everything is spotless and beautifully designed. The rooms are small but the balconies overlooking Gradara castle are lovely.

Negative: Nothing - it’s not exactly a cheap holiday but worth every penny for the comfort and welcome.

Summary: Beautiful villa with fabulous views and facilities and wonderful hosts. We’ll be back next year.

Positive: We stayed for 2 nights and was blown away by the standard of care the owners had over their property. The Restaurant menu was of a very high standard which appealed to my tastes. The Executive Chef was very helpful with selecting the wine to match the meal. We will be back.

Positive: Breakfast, facilities and location are all perfect.

Negative: It is quite expensive but we are happy to pay the rate for the exceptional service and warm welcome provided. There are a few little things that don't work - for example, one of the bedside lights, and the tea and coffee provisions are somewhat limited, but those were not big issues.

Summary: Our hosts, Ranieri and Irina, are lovely people and make this an exceptional and welcoming place.

Positive: It is our second time we stayed here . Everything is just perfect, from the staff serving you extra snacks with your drinks , to the perfect surroundings and beautiful views as well as the immaculate decor. Perfect Italian Countryside views and all the amenties needed for a great stay.

Positive: The hosts were fantastic and really looked after me! The breakfast they prepared was exceptional. I was traveling for work and the location was perfect and beautiful! Highly recommended for a holiday and a base for exploring the local area which was stunning, I just wish I had time to explore it.
