Positive: Beautifully furnished apartment with spacious garden and exceptional pool area, well equipped outdoor kitchen, roof terrace with far reaching views over the ocean. Walking distance to a gorgeous long sandy beach and a couple of cafes and restaurants. Very welcoming hosts, happy to offer advice on places to visit and recommendations for restaurants etc. Thank you Flavia & Sebastiano for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Negative: Absolutely nothing not to like but perhaps some additional drawer space in the bedrooms would be useful and a small fridge in the outdoor kitchen!

Positive: This is a beautiful property with a pool and large garden to enjoy. Perfect for children of all ages . The house was immaculate, clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. We also used the outdoor kitchen and enjoyed all our meals outside in a shaded area. The beach in Fontane Bianche was only a five minute walk. Our hosts even had beach toys for the kids. I have to say our hosts Flavia and Sebastiano were very welcoming and helpful. Their kindness and generosity was what made our stay so memorable! I would highly recommend this vacation home.

Positive: We had a wonderful time and spent a relaxing and enjoyable holiday at Villa Flavia… Our stay exceeded our expectations in every way: we found a beautiful retreat of our own, away from the hustle of mass tourism and alternated our days between the beach, day excursions and great Sicilian food. Villa Flavia has been recently built, has a modern and functional architecture, a beautiful garden, lovely pool, and is equipped with all the amenities you might need. It is situated in a tranquil neighborhood, within walking distance to a bakery, minimarket, restaurants, and a lovely beach. The “Lido Fontane Bianche” has everything you need to spend an “Italian” day at the beach: crystal-clear sea water with gentle waves (perfect for children), parasols and sun loungers for rent, a restaurant, and clean toilets. Moreover, the owners are excellent hosts who ensure you have everything needed for a perfect stay. We got the best recommendations from them about where to shop, places to visit and discover (which we would never have thought of!), excellent restaurants where “locals” go, where to find the best Sicilian patisserie and more. If you are looking to enjoy quality time in south-east Sicily with your family (or friends), Villa Flavia is an excellent choice!
