Carefully designed with comfort, luxury and class in mind, Villa Eva is the last of an old, stone-built terrace house to benefit from all the quiet, peace and privacy that this precious paradise of Corfu can offer. Thanks to its private pool, beautiful surroundings, sophisticated design perfect for a honeymoon couple or a small family, Villa Eva is second to none: relax in the fully air-conditioned interiors, dive by the pool, sunbath on the comfortable sunbeds provided with the sound of the cicadas in the background. This will be an unparalleled holiday experience, second to none!Inside, Villa Eva is set to impress. Nothing has been left to the case and everything has been purposely designed and chosen. From the color of the shutters to the top quality linen, from the lighting to the toiletries, all has been selected to surprise even the most demanding guests. Entrance via the poolside footpath through the lush garden leads onto the spacious lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area. There is a comfortable double sofa-bed, a smart TV (55”), high speed wi-fi internet, as well as a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (made in Italy by the famous Stosa brand). A skylight just above the kitchen area provides the unique experience to cook and dine while admiring the olive trees and the sky above. An wooden-framed arch leads to the double bedroom, with top quality bedding and mattress. The color scheme is perfect for a summer feeling and ensures maximum relaxation. The bedroom has its own large shower room and wardrobe. For the comfort of the guests all the rooms are air-conditioned and all the windows are fitted with mosquito screens. Outside, Villa Eva offers to its guests more than 400sqm of grounds with flowers, olive trees and hedges providing extra privacy for the guests. As per the interiors, also outside great care has been given to the choice of elements, stones and accessories. The extensive paved terraces, beautifully lit at night, house a generously sized private pool with Roman steps into it (the pool measures 6m x 3m, depth is 1.4m). This is the perfect space to relax under the warm Corfiot sun while enjoying the views of the sea in the distance: a true little heaven on Earth! 4 comfortable sunbeds, together with shades, are provided and pool towels are also available for the guests. For the lovers of al-fresco digning, Villa Eva is equipped with a brick-built barbecue for delicious meals as well as a large dining table under the shade of the tall trees, in the upper part of the gardens. Private parking for 2 cars is provided. IMPORTANT INFO: the property is reached from the private parking area via a footpath of around 70m (therefore is not advised for guests with reduced mobility). Having no direct car access, the neighborhood guarantees the maximum peace and absence of pollution. NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, cleaning service twice a week, hand/bath as well as pool towels, shower gel. Summary: We had the most amazing week. The villa was so beautiful and private. It was a very relaxing holiday. Eva and Makis were very helpful and kind hosts. The villa is equipped with everything that we needed for your stay. We were very impressed with our welcome pack. We’v stayed in villas that do not provide even the basics. This was not the case at Villa Eva. A very welcome pack. It’s only a short walk to some fantastic beaches and restaurants. We have stayed in Corfu many time and this is our favourite by far. The villa pool is so private and clean. The garden is full of scented flowers and it smells wonderful. when you’re having a morning swim it’s so therapeutic. Eva was easy to communicate with and she very kindly sent us some lovely local cakes to enjoy. I recommend this villa if you want a quiet and relaxing break. We could not fault it in any way. Beautiful villa in a beautiful part of Corfu.

Summary: Just returned from an amazing week at Villa Eva. The house is beautiful, private and absolutely immaculate. Eva and her husband were so welcoming and helpful with advice, checking in throughout the holiday. The pool area is perfect and hidden away from the surrounding area. Just a few minutes walk away from a few good tavernas, would recommend taverna agni for great seafood.

Summary: From the minute we arrived it was obvious that we had found something very special. All our holidays are based heavily on previous customer comments and reviews so I really want to do Villa Eva Agni justice with mine. Firstly and most importantly we would like to thank Mrs Eva and her husband for being the perfect hosts. I can not praise you both enough for your communication before, during and after our visit. The villa is absolutely beautiful and a true reflection of how much you both pride yourselves on its appearance, cleanliness and quality. The location for us was perfect, only a few minutes walk from 3 very good tavernas and a small cocktail and drinks bar, all located along the beach. We hired a car just to get supplies during our trip and to get to and from the airport as there are no local shops in the bay. You can walk the 20 minutes or so around the coast to a larger resort where you will find a collection of bars and restaurants along with some small but very well stocked supermarkets. The walk is not paved and takes you along a stunning coastal path well worth the little effort. We travel a lot and have stayed in villa's all across Greece as well as many other countries. We have only ever returned to the same place once before as we always like to try somewhere new. That said, we have both fallen in love with this Villa, the location and the local people. A promise to return is the best review we can give.

Summary: Enjoyed a truly fantastic week at Villa Eva with my wife and 2 x daughters (9 & 12 years). Eva (our host) was incredibly accommodating and really went the extra mile to ensure that everything was just right. The Villa, pool and tiered garden were all in immaculate condition. Netflix on tap too for the kids! Would not however recommend this Villa for 2 x couples as the 2nd bed is sofa bed in the kitchen / living room. We loved the location, peacefully nestled amongst olive trees and greenery. Agni bay is an easy 2 min walk down the road and has some lovely Tavernas - 'Toulas' (quite pricey but excellent) and 'Taverna Agni' were out favourites. Katerina's was also good for a quick lunchtime snack with the kids. We chartered a speedboat outing with 'Fun Sea Corfu' who picked us up at Agni Bay to go snorkelling at various secluded spots up the coastline - highly recommended. Gialiskari Bay, is also a 5 min walk along the coastal footpath from Agni Bay - truly stunning and great for snorkelling. All-in-all, a secluded little gem of a Villa located on a stunning stretch of Corfu's coastline... would highly recommend and will definitely consider staying there again!

Summary: We have just returned from a fantastic week at this s gorgeous villa a few minutes walk from the pretty beach at Agni Bay. The villa is finished to the highest standard and Eva the owner is so friendly and welcoming. Agni has 3 great restaurants and we took water taxis to neighbouring bays on a couple of evenings . Villa Eva is really special & we will definitely return . Thank you Eva for a memorable week

Summary: Lovely property just a short walk to the beach and a choice of several excellent tavernas. The villa was practically brand new, spotlessly clean and included some lovely welcome goodies! The host was extremely helpful, being there to welcome us to the property and to explain how to use the facilities.
