Positive: The location was great. No car was required as you are within short walking distance to the marina, beach and center of Cala D’Or. The layout was family friendly both inside and outside. The top floor was great for our children and grandchildren ( 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom ) and the ground floor for us with our own bedroom and bathroom. What was an additional surprise was there was an additional shower room in the basement. The villa was exceptionally clean on arrival and lots of little additions not expected ie beach towels, which came in very handy, a bottle milk and water in fridge which again after traveling was very welcome. Overall I felt the owners went out of their way to make you feel welcome and will definitely book again.

Positive: The location was superb, central to the main amenities and beaches Very clean Adequately stocked with crockery and cutlery Great pool with easy accessible steps which the children could use to get in and out of the pool Fantastic outdoor seating area and sufficient Sun loungers for our group to use Wonderful marina views from the terrace on the first floor
Negative: Insufficient and small pillows Bath towels were too small Internally, the Villa is starting to look ‘dated’ Cala d’Or should still have refuse collection wheelie bins located throughout the residential areas, as the refuse was not always collected. Unfortunately a major problem occurred with the main sewage pipe which was an inconvenience. However the host team were very prompt in arranging an appropriate solution
Summary: The villa was adequate for our visit which enabled our family to celebrate two birthdays.

Negative: Unfortunately the air conditioning in one room did not work and although we reported it it remained unresolved for the duration of our stay - a fan was provided to help out. We didn't have enough sun loungers around the pool but this was quickly resolved once we reported it. the outdoor seating area should have cushions on the seats as the frames break in to your skin without some comfort underneath. Perhaps the owners could sort out the loose electrical wires which hang from within the villa probably due to a change in the wall lighting.
Summary: Overall an excellent stay in a great location.

Positive: Location was fantastic. Villa is so spacious and has a fantastic kitchen which is well equipped. Outside area is really nice with a great pool and lovely outside eating area. Lots of little extras that aren’t advertised such as 3rd bathroom and utility room in basement, walk in wardrobe and wrap around balcony (with marina views) from master bedroom
Negative: Minor suggestions but we would have liked better wine glasses, as well as Prosecco and pint glasses
Summary: Fantastic Villa in a fantastic location, we will be back for sure!

Positive: The location was excellent, perfectly located between the Marina and Cala Petite. The property is spacious and well equipped for a family stay.
Negative: The property could be updated slightly. The pillows on the beds are soft and lumpy. Some beds had flannel sheets which were too hot for June. The property would also benefit from a stair gate as there are multiple staircases which are very high.
