Charming finca of natural stone, with private pool, in Campos, at 2km from the beach Es Trenc. It has capacity for 8 or 9 persons.
The private chlorine pool blends perfectly into the rustic and authentic exterior. It is elevated and has a depth of 1.6 metres and a size of 6.50 x 4 metres. After a refreshing swim, you can shower in the outdoor shower and wash the chlorine off your skin. Several terraces invite you to barbecue or enjoy the Mallorcan sun on four sun loungers. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbours, so you can enjoy maximum privacy.
The interior design combines an authentic, rural atmosphere with modern materials and finishes. The living- and dining room shows wooden beams and natural stone walls, while it counts with air conditioning and television, as well as a fire place for the colder days, to enjoy a good book or a relaxing nap on the sofa. The kitchen is typical Mallorcan construction, but performed in modern material. It counts with a gas stove top, an electric oven, a dishwasher and all necessary utensils to prepare a great meal for your family. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the ground floor, we find three comfortable bedrooms with a double bed, air conditioning and a wardrobe. Two of them have an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub, and one has access to the garden, and enough space to put up an extra (folding) bed. There is an extra bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed, A/C and a wardrobe. Keep in mind that this bedroom does not have a door.
The house is situated nearby the most famous beach of Mallorca: Es Trenc, considered a protected area, with fine, white sand, crystalline water and untouched dunes. In the village Campos, you will find all kinds of services you might need during your stay, like supermarkets, restaurants and shops. You will surely enjoy visiting Colonia Sant Jordi, where you can rent bikes, walk along the coast or take a boat trip to the Natural Park of the island of Cabrera.

Summary: Die Villa ist sehr schön, ruhig und etwas abgeschieden gelegen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was braucht und schön eingerichtet. Die große Anlage außerhalb der Villa ist sehr gepflegt und teilweise überdacht, damit man auch genug Schatten hat, gerade über dem Tisch zum Essen. Besonders schön ist natürlich der Pool und die Sonnenliegen. Wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen.

Summary: The house is wonderful, located in a very relaxing and scenic surrounding. The house is really charming, beautifully restored, full of lovely details and perfectly equipped. We enjoyed both the outdoor spaces (the pool and the BBQ) and the interior as well. Reading a book on the sofa staring at the window overlooking the salines was priceless! The location is strategic for visiting the Southern part of the island. Very close to Es Trenc beach. 10' from Colonia Sant Jordi and Campos.

Summary: Perfectly located house with amazing interior. Not far from the beach. Two large rooms suitable for couples, including private bathrooms, plus two additional smaller rooms with an extra shared bathroom. The hosts were extremely friendly and with great communication.
