Positive: Location is very quiet, there are restaurants and supermarket nearby, few minute from Palmengarten and U-Bahn stations U4, U6, U7. There’s a Japanese restaurant in the same building - probably same management. This is convenient, however the smell coming from the kitchen is not as appealing at all and impregnating the hallway and the stairs (no elevator)

Negative: This is a former hotel that looks more like a low-coat student dorm. Villa Ento seems also not to be the correct name, the hotel used to be called Diana. The pictures on Booking are totally overpromising and not reflecting reality. The furniture is very worn out, the mattress very old, soft & uncomfortable. The pillow case was also very worn out and looking dirty (brownish) - when I asked for a replacement and I received immediate assistance.

Positive: I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and the location was very convenient 7 - 8 mins walk to the train station (U4). It was comfortable and had everything I needed.

Positive: The room was very clean. There was a nice balcony and the beds were quite comfortable. You could walk to many tourists sites and museums from the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Negative: The shower wasn’t very nice.

Summary: We had a great time in Frankfurt and this hotel was an amazing place to stay for a great price.
