Positive: It was close to the highway and very quiet. It was also private and there was plenty of parking space.

Negative: The walls are very thing so you could hear people from other rooms.

Negative: We stayed in two apartments at Villa Eliseo in Bologna, and unfortunately the experience was not satisfactory. The ground-floor apartment was full of insects, and the overall cleanliness was poor – dirty kitchen, unvacuumed floors, and in the bathroom there were leftovers from previous guests (empty shampoo bottles and a bin full of sanitary waste), which is unacceptable. The host initially seemed very friendly and smooth-talking, but it was exactly through that approach that he deceived us regarding the parking. On their website the price is listed as €5, but we were charged €7 per day, while parking was not mentioned at all on Booking.com. This gives a strong impression of dishonesty and unprofessional behavior towards guests. We would not return and do not recommend this accommodation.

Positive: The Villa Eliseo residence it's very close to Modena N motorway exit and close to Grande Emilia shopping centre and Modena city that was important to us. Villa Eliseo has 3 buildings all seemed newly refurbished looks like a 4- 5 star 🌟 residence. All new. Everything it's monitored through CCTV and you have an electronic access to the building. Everything was 👍 OK and Andrea was helpful with our requests.

Negative: On Booking.com for this residence it's specified that parking it's free of charge. Because it's a camera monitored parking we had to pay a 5£ daily parking. Nothing wrong with that but it should be mentioned all the costs for your stay.

Summary: A very GOOD experience!
