Positive: Excellent villa for the area, located relatively close to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and the property grounds very much; it is where we spent most of our time when at the villa.

Negative: Wi-Fi could be better; low signal upstairs.

Positive: Amazing villa, host is amazing more than helpful. Bed changed in the week was an amazing touch. Fresh fruit on arrival. Huge bedrooms photos don't do justice.

Negative: There were issues with the water supply, out of the control of the property owner. There are some improvements in the bathrooms that are not done - toilet seats to be replaced, water mixers not thermostatic and hard to adjust the temperature

Positive: From the moment you open the gate, the villa has Wow factor - lovely villa with extensive landscaped grounds, with a lovely pool, plenty of outdoor seating and an amazing persimmon tree (currently full of fruit). The upstairs of the villa has 4 large large double bedrooms all with terraces. The hosts provided us with a large bowl of fruit, several bottles of water in the fridge and a couple of bottles of wine as well as plenty of coffee capsules for the two espresso machines. The main downstairs area was split into a lounge and a dining area. The latter had a beautiful, huge wooden table, enough for 12 people, made out of a single slice of wood. The hosts were very responsive.

Negative: The kitchen was OK, but could have done with some more cooking knives and an oven glove or kitchen towels. Also the oven was quite old - the door didn't shut fully and the labels on the oven controls had faded so it was difficult to work out the settings. Although the location was good, it was quite close to the train line and main A1 motorway. During the day it was not a problem, but at night the noise was noticeable, especially from the front of the house - if you had the windows open.

Positive: I liked everything. The villa is so well designed that meets all the needs of a family reunion. Spaceous rooms and living room, and it has all kind of facilities to keep busy and happy boths kids and adults. Very well done and highly recommended.

Negative: The bbq requires some maintenance, but thats all.

Positive: Large garden with a pool and a gas grill was great. The villa was well equiped. Owner was really helpful and thought about everything that guests may need. We appreciated great level of privacy as the entire property was well separated from the outside.

Negative: The wifi was mediocre, it was dropping out and it could only reach 2 rooms. We missed a microwave.

Summary: Awesome accomodation for groups of 8 - 10 people

Positive: everything was amazing and exceeded a lot our expectations. the property have a big yard, enough parking space for many cars, a grass land and the pool is awesome. the living, rooms and kitchen offers a lot of space, each room have it's own bathroom with all the facilities needed. the owners are very nice and helpful, very responding.

Summary: we had a great experience staying 1 week at villa elisabeth and i highly recommend it. also it offers a very good price
