Positive: The villa is beautiful and in the perfect location to walk straight out and explore Spello, yet the villa feels private and relaxing.You are two minutes walk from great restaurants and shops. The bedrooms in the villa were large with comfy beds. The outside area was fantastic pool and hot tub superb and the added bonus of a sauna too felt really special! The hosts Andrea and Moira were extremely friendly and helpful. Great communication met us on arrival to guide us to the villa to drop off luggage as no parking.

Negative: We didn’t realise there were no baths and we went with two young children. USB sockets and some better glasses in kitchen (only one flute) would have been nice but these are only minor.

Positive: A beautiful villa in central Spello - everything was in walking distance. Comfortable air - conditioned bedroom & the added bonus of having a pool & jacuzzi was wonderful- great after our days out in the heat. Garden area is private. Wonderful host Andrea & Moira was lovely & showed us around when we arrived. We really enjoyed our time in the villa & Spello - a very pretty town perfect for exploring other areas of Umbria also. Thank You 😀

Positive: A delightful apartment near the top of the old town. The pool and jacuzzi are private and not overlooked. Along with the sauna, this made it feel like a proper luxury stay. Large bedrooms with air conditioning kept it comfortable even when temperatures were in the 30s.

Negative: Although the property is advertised as having three bathrooms, it is slightly misleading; the third is combined with the sauna and not accessible without going outside. Hence, in the real world, bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom.

Positive: We had a great week staying at Villa Elisa as a family of four. The host Andrea was very accommodating, meeting us late at night when our flight was late. He was easy to reach online via the app and WhatsApp and answered messages very quickly. The property is very spacious and characterful and also very clean. It is based in an excellent location in tthe centre of the stunning hill town of Spello, close to several restaurants and shops. Even though the villa is in a town it is in a peaceful location, and was quiet at night, allowing us to get some good sleep. The property is well equipped and has some luxury touches including a hot tub and sauna. The outside area is fantastic, and it looks even better in real-life than it does in the photos. There is a main road fairly near the property that you can hear when sitting outside, but we didn't find this a problem and it wasn't very noisy. The garden area had a good mix of sunny and shady areas during the day. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay.

Negative: We had a great holiday at Villa Elisa, but there were some small details that would have made the stay even better such as some better kitchen equipment (e.g. bowls, champagne flutes), more effective air conditioning in the bedrooms and an information booklet about the property and surrounding area. But these are small points - overall it was fantastic.

Positive: Lovely house with an amazing view of the valleys around Spello situated in the edge of the town with a private garden and pool. Big and spacious house, nice and quiet area in a cosy little town with amazing restaurants. The owner is very nice and helpful and can show you where to park the car.
