Positive: We loved our stay at Villa Eleftheria, it’s a stunning property with views to die for, really easily situated in walking distance of the little village of Lakithra. Lovely pool, fantastic balconies to sit out on and admire the view. Great bakery/cake shop, couple of tasty restaurants, a mini market - all in walking distance. We really appreciated having Sam to give us tips for great places on the island and to solve any small challenges - from booking taxis to helping us with the washing machine etc. She was amazing, and even brought us a wonderful welcome pack of goodies when we arrived.

Negative: We did feel the mattresses were rather hard, but we know they are addressing this for future guests.

Summary: A really wonderful stay with our (grown up!) sons - super chilled, a gorgeous base for exploring the island.

Positive: Lovely hillside location with stunning views, easy drive from the airport. Villa clean and spacious with well cared for pool and gardens and Samantha was extremely helpful at all times

Negative: We all found the beds rather hard and lumpy and the pillows a bit flat. This meant we woke up with stiff necks and backs quite often.

Summary: Loved Kefalonia, loved the villa and pool and surroundings. Perfect for a family holiday

Positive: We had a great time over the last days in the villa. Thank you very much to the amazing staff at the villa especially to Sam who made our stay so comfortable and memorable. The villa is located in a very quiet area, close to shops, airport and some great restaurants. Rooms cleaned and comfortable. All facilities that you need for a great holiday. Positive: This villa is in an amazing location; the view is outstanding. It is only a 10 minute ride to Lassi and Argostolli. We have stayed at many villas before, but this was very well equiped with anything that you could want. The host, Samantha, could not have been more helpful. The communication to us before we arrived was excellent. She arranged taxis for us, gave us clear instructions about access, looked after us whilst we were there and ensured that everything was Ok to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A car is useful if you want to see this beautiful island, but we used a local, friendly taxi driver to ferry us around and run us to the supermarket and back when we wanted to stock up. Whilst the villa is in a peaceful rural area, there is a mini market and restaurants within walking distance (as well as a pastry shop to die for). The villa has a perfect clean pool area and many balconies to catch the sun all say. It is very close to the airport, but you do not hear any aircraft noise, because there is a small hill between the villa and the airport. If I could rate this villa higher than10 I would.
