Positive: The views. The location. The pool. The weather. The villa is just perfect for a couple! Very private and so quiet - even the planes landing were quiet (as it's far enough away and there are only very few). Watching the planes come in and take off became a bit of fun while we were here. Clio, the concierge was wonderful. We broke a glass and offered to compensate, but they said no worries for small accidents. They even let us check out late as our flight wasn't until 8pm. Love it here - we will be back. Oh, and the sunsets really are superb - we didn't watch any tv, because that was enough! The villa even arranged a hire car for us, at a much cheaper rate than we could get from home. So many wonderful beaches to explore, but then come home to our little oasis. Don't worry about the roads, this is Greece after all!! No nanny state here... 😁🤣❤️

Negative: Bed was a little firmer than we are used to, but we got used to it! :) Going home... 😅🤣❤️

Summary: If you don't go here, you're missing a treat...

Positive: The villa was really clean and they'd obviously thought about small details e.g. having a first aid box and beach umbrellas were great! It was lovely a peaceful. The villa, pool and grounds were kept really clean and tidy. The host was always on hand and really responsive. She also had loads of recommendations for the island. The planes taking off and landing were quite a nice distraction and weren't noisy. We would definitely stay again.

Negative: Nothing really. Would have been handy to have a few board games to play with our young family but we'll know to bring them next time.

Summary: Totally idyllic and peaceful stay. Our family loved it.

Positive: The view and pool. Aviation geeks will love the view of the runway! For those who are not, it is not noisy. The concierge host is excellent and the villa is maintained to a VERY high standard indeed.

Negative: Small kitchen to be honest, and the double bed should be upstairs. Turning right out of drive onto road is tricky, and very steep drive up to villa. But these are only very slight issues.

Summary: Beautiful island and perfect villa.

Positive: Everything was fantastic at Villa Elaia. The inside space was comfortable and had everything we needed. The outside space is amazing with a great infinity pool and sea view. It was so peaceful and the and views from the villa are stunning. The location is perfect for exploring the rest of the island (car hire is needed) and the villa is very close to the airport, many beautiful beaches and the town of Argostoli is only 15 mins away (lots of wonderful restaurants, cafes, shops for day and night). The hosts were very welcoming and helpful and always on hand if we needed anything. We would definitly stay at Villa Elaia again.

Summary: We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Elaia and would highly recommend!

Positive: It is a lovely villa with pool and large grounds. Inside big enough for a family of 4 with two small bedrooms. It had a kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and a balcony off the upstairs bedroom.

Negative: The kitchen is small with not enough surfaces to prepare your food. The view is to the airport runway about a kilometre away as the crow flies and the drive up to the villa is very steep so not for nervous drivers.

Positive: very clean, fantastic views and location

Negative: The villa is more suitable for a couple as there is no wardrobe space in the upstairs bedroom. The kitchen is a little too small and could do with more equipment such as a toaster, veg peeler and oven trays. not much counter space to prepare anything, not that you want to make gourmet meals but for breakfast etc. On saying that we would definitely book this villa again. Oh yes, and the mattress on the double bed was like sleeping on a table it was that firm!

Summary: Nice clean villa, great location and views. Would book again
