entrance, living room - dining room with open kitchen and access to backyard
and toilet. First floor: Two bedrooms and bathroom with hydro-massage bathtub.
First floor: Bedroom suite, with complete bathroom with shower, and access to
the balcony. It has music equipment and Netflix subscription. Located in El
Francás, a family seaside neighbourhood on the Costa Dorada with fine white
sandy beaches, perfect for relaxing with the family or as a couple. At 600m
from a recreational area with a wide variety of supermarkets, bars, restaurants
and ice-cream parlours. Very close to the Roc de Sant Gaieta. Half an hour from
the amusement park Port Aventura and Ferrari Land, 1 hour from the Aquopolis
water park and 10 minutes from Aqualeón. Only 1 hour from Barcelona and 20
minutes to Tarragona. The house does not include bed linen and towels, the
