Positive: I liked the staff's hospitality. The pools and spa are comfortable and clean, perfect for those who want to relax. We went to the Casina Vanvitelliana via the path accessible from the hotel. I had dinner at the hotel, the food was good and the prices were reasonable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Positive: The staff was nice and the main pool was good. Free parking was also great. The hotel dog, Fufi, deserves a shout out. So cute.

Negative: The entire place needs a great amount of renovation. Several of the buildings which were not in used looked almost abandoned. The rooms had several electical installations which were unsafe. Breakfast was bad the first day and semi good the others. Please dont expect anything special.

Positive: Breakfast was a good selection for a light Italian breakfast. Don’t expect anything resembling enlightenment or American breakfast and that is how it should be. Excellent coffee. Francesca was very kind and helpful. Great selection of swimming pools even if the spa is closed at the moment.

Negative: The room type I booked wasn’t available on check in however the hotel made this right with the pricing. Due to the August holidays some bar items weren’t available but that isn’t the hotels fault.

Positive: The infrastructure is great, needs some TLC. The pool is lovely and good sun beds. The staff were very accommodating, limited bar and restaurant service, you have to ask. Breakfast included was adequate but lots of sweet cake. The room was clean with good air conditioning.

Negative: On a busy road but does has a lakeside path along the back.

Summary: Relaxing and would go back.
