Villa of 130 m2 located 50 meters from the sea, in the town of Saint-Germain-sur-Ay plage, seaside resort on the west coast of Cotentin, facing the island of Jersey.
The house is located on a plot composed of 2 terraces (one facing south and the other to the north (clear west))
The property can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and 1 baby.
The house is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
It thus includes:
GROUND FLOOR:
- an entrance;
- a living room open to the living room with a three-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a piece of furniture with a 42-inch TV;
-a living room open to the kitchen allowing to receive 8 guests at the table. (industrial style furniture)
-a fitted kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, etc.);
- a small room with a washing machine;
- a large room (enlargement) including a large swimming jacuzzi (for 8 people) where you can have a good time with family or friends as well as a relaxation area with standing eats
- 1 bedroom on the ground floor with cupboard (140 cm bed),

Summary: Excellent place for a week with the family. Facilities good. We all loved the jacuzzi. Off road parking and really convenient location for visits to the Normandy beaches, Mont St Michel, Granville etc Lovely beach and dune walks locally and reasonably close to good supermarkets. Next time we'll remember that shops have different closure times to ours. Only downside was steepness of stairs but our senior was glad of the downstairs bedoom

Summary: This is a beautiful property in a wonderfully quiet location, we were a family of seven and had plenty of room. The swimming jacuzie was a big hit with us all. The hosts were very welcoming, thank you David and Naomie for a wonderful holiday!

Summary: We, 4 persons family, had a great week in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay. The house was clean and near the beach. The Times, when the water was away (but not too far away) due to the tide, we relaxed togetger in the big jacuzzi. We enjoyed guided Jet Ski, visited Utah Beach (2nd World War Museum) and saw dolphins when we travelled to pretty island Chausey. Thanks to Noe and David for the patience answering my questions. In sum a more than great vacation.

Summary: Everything about our stay was lovely! David, the property manager, was kind and helpful when we arrived. The house was exactly as listed and very comfortable. Having the lovely beach so close was wonderful! The area around the villa is charming and there is plenty to see and do. We were also incredibly lucky with the weather - it was sunny all week, although there is a breeze to contend with! I can highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a break in Normandy.
