Positive: We liked most things, the view from the room is amazing and just for that I would say you have to stay here. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean and the bathroom was stylish. We had the private pool which was clean and a great size for a swim around and to cool down gazing at the volcano and fireflies. The staff were very friendly, professional, and their service levels and response time were great.

Negative: I didn't like the area before you enter the premises next to the business signpost, as it is covered in trash and there is a burn pit there. It would be great if the area was cleaned up as it would make a better impression when arriving. I think with a place like this they should have glass water bottles and a refill system instead of plastic bottles. Also the breakfast could be better, it was ok.

Summary: The view and overall experience has a wow factor, and it is worth staying to experience it all.

Positive: Amazing view from the rooms / pool to the rice-fields. Excellent and very kind service, breakfast or optional delicious dinner can be ordered to the room. Highly recommended place with lovely staff.

Positive: This property has the most amazing view. Surrounded by countryside (peace and quiet) and amazing view of the volcano. The staff were so kind and friendly and happy to help in any way possibles . The room was also a great size with lounge area and very clean. Breakfast served in your room. Staff also helped with tours and transport which were great.

Negative: For those who don’t like stair this is may not be for you (although they do have 1 room with minimal stairs ) lots of very steep steps (but worth it for us for the incredible view and staff also insisted on getting the bags to the room for us )
