Positive: I liked everything about this house. The communication with staff was exceptional, the location was near everything, the house was very accommodating, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was big enough for cooking and dining with my family, the pool was nice a warm. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again. Thank you Carlyle and Sabre. You both was excellent.

Negative: There isn't anything I can say that we didnt like.

Positive: We were pleasantly greeted by representatives (Sabre and Thomas) who were on the property awaiting our arrival, a tour was given including explanations for the main gate (gated community). Even was shown the secondary exit route, which could be used as a quick route to the mini mart in the gas station close to the property. The house boasts of six rooms and four bathrooms. Which were all equally as comfortable as the beds provided, the storage options in the bedrooms were enough for even the most compulsive traveler (those who like to bring everything include the kitchen sink). Since we are on the topic of the kitchen, it was an open concept with enough counter space for more than one amateur or one professional chef to operate. With dishes, silver wear as well as pots and pans at our disposal. The living room was inviting, warm and homey. There was a large television in this space with ample sitting area. Everyone was able to sit at the dinning table to have our meals, encouraging camaraderie since it was a mixture of new friends and family not seen in many years. The landscaping and pool area was beautiful, picturesque creating a sense of quiet and relaxation. It was Memorable.

Negative: Was promised an early check-in, but had to wait three hours before the housekeepers were finished. Even though our flights were delayed with us arriving at the property 2 hours later than agreed. They locked away all the extra towels, including the kitchen towels. Had to use the bath towels to remove items from the oven, there was no usable oven mitts (the silicone finger tip ones provided was already melted and so in-usable). The refrigerator had an ice machine built in, unable to make ice. There was only on television on the property, so everyone had to watch what the first person was viewing. One of the shower stalls in the bathrooms on the left kept over flowing due to the blocked drain. The property gate would swing open with a slight breeze and kept opening on its own. This one could be seen as a negative or positive, the property is close to the main road and the gas station is across the street. So noise level was always above average, cars passing, going in/out, people yelling, and loud music (depends on the tune we would dance :).
