Positive: We absolutely loved the village, a quiet location with amazing people. Views from the terrace and from the living room were spectacular, some of the most beautiful sunsets we've ever seen. The villa is comfortable, clean, with great facilities. AC in every room, which was much appreciatted in July, as it can get very hot. We found bottles of water in the fridge and some fruits, and our hosts were kind enough to bring us fresh vegetables. There is a bus stop nearby, but the buses are not so frequent so we would recommend renting a car. There is a small shop in the village, a few min walk from the villa, and a little restaurant where Nina cooks the most delicious meals, our favorite place by far. We had a fantastic vacation in Fanos and we wholeheartedly recommend it.
Negative: Not necessarily a dislike, just a small point - would make the experience perfect if an extra set of towels were available. Also, not sure if cleaning is done for longer stays, we stayed for 6 days and there was none. However, a vacuum cleaner is available, which can easily be used for cleaning.

The host was incredibly helpful, kind, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed, making us feel truly welcome. The house was spotless, sparkling clean from corner to corner, and the facilities were modern and exceptionally comfortable. The location is ideal, and the view from the large window is truly fantastic. It was a 10/10 experience, we highly recommend it, and we will definitely choose it again for our next trip!

Positive: Our 9 day stay at Villa Nicolaos has been a wonderful experience. The apartment is clean, modern and super spacious and everything works as it should (the acclimatiser especially). The host is very easygoing and very kind, he provided help in numerous occasions and provided us with unexpected extra bottles of water and fresh fruit at the beginning of our stay. The town is small but has everything needed in reach of a few minutes by car as well as a beautiful windy sand beach 20 min by foot. Overall just amazing price to quality ratio, would definitely come back.

Positive: Unforgettable stay at a beautiful villa! For our vacation, my friends and I stayed at these apartments — and it was absolutely perfect! 🏡✨ From the very first moment, we felt truly welcome. The hosts are incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. They helped us with check in and were on call even at 2am. on the morning of the first day we had no food and realising what was where - the owner organised breakfast for us. next we were given great advice on where to eat and what to see such care exceeded all our expectations! 🏖️ The apartment was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having our morning coffee on the terrace with a peaceful view 🥹 📍The location was perfect: close to the beach, cafes, and shops, yet peaceful and quiet — ideal for a relaxing stay. A huge thank you to the hosts for your warm hospitality and genuine care! This vacation was truly special, and so much of that is thanks to you 🤍 We’ll definitely be back!

Positive: A very beautiful, modernly furnished apartment, clean, well-maintained, with a stunning view from the living room where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. The location is convenient, about 15–20 minutes by car from the airport. The host was very kind and accommodating, allowing us to stay past the standard check-out time, which we really appreciated. The only suggestion would be to add a kettle, it would be lovely to make a cup of tea after a long day. Other than that, everything met our expectations and we would be happy to return in the future.

The property is located in the heart of a charming small village, featuring a taverna, pizzeria, and a local shop. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the décor is very modern. A large window offers a stunning view of the sea, adding to the appeal. It's a peaceful, non-touristy area, which makes it even more charming.
Negative: The large bed in the bedroom is quite uncomfortable, and the sofa is old and cannot be unfolded due to its poor condition. Therefore, we recommend the space for a maximum of 4 guests, who can comfortably sleep in the bedrooms. Please note, one of the bedrooms does not have air conditioning. It can be challenging to find the property for the first time, as the streets are very narrow and the GPS often struggles in this area. The balcony is long but narrow, with seating for two; for larger groups, it's more comfortable to sit inside while still enjoying the same beautiful sea view. The flat is located on the first floor, so carrying large or heavy luggage up the stairs may be a bit demanding.

Positive: Host was amazing, really helpful. We had an issue with car rental and host really kindly gave a lift to the airport. Place was really nice, host also left some water in the fridge which was much appreciated! House fully stocked with kitchen supplies so easy to use. Location not in the centre (not in Rhodes), so good if you prefer quieter. Best to hire a car.
