Positive: We enjoyed our two nights stay at Villa De Alberti. Everything is perfectly thought thrue. Very good sound isolation so no worries about the closest roads. Comfortable beds. Conditioning works 👍.

Positive: Very spacious rooms, and a great outside (roofed!) eating area. Excellent modern bathrooms and kitchen.

Negative: The location is close to a busy road, but at least the property has sufficiently large grounds, so that optically this is not an issue. One unpleasant surprise was that the gardeners turned up pretty early (07:30 or so) on the first morning, and made a lot of noise for up to 2 hours. Apparently this happens every 2 weeks or so.

Negative: I couldn’t see anything that I did not like. Perfect stayed.

Positive: Clean, comfortable and lovely host Everything went perfectly The host is very responsive if needed The bathrooms and the whole house is very clean. Calm and well insulated despite it’s location next to a main road I highly recommend this property for your next stay

Negative: The check out is supposed to be at 10 which is a bit early but the host is very understandable

Summary: Coming from someone who likes to see value for the money spending I can say it was a great stay.
