Positive: Thank you for a wonderful stay at Villa Danai! The owner of the villa, Danai, made us feel welcome, friendly and provided useful information about the stay. Gifts, goodies, drinking water and even some food were an unexpected and very nice bonus for us from the owners! Parking is located at the entrance to the complex where the villas are located. But you can drive up almost to the house to unload and load things. The house is very clean and you can see that it is made with soul and love! We really felt the real Greek flavor and atmosphere of Halkidiki! As for the arrangement of the house - everything is there for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The beds in the bedrooms are comfortable, the linens are new, there are enough towels (even more). On the lower floor, where the bedrooms are, it is not hot and there is air conditioning. The main floor was a little hot on hot days, but we closed the shutters and the room did not heat up. The highlight of the villa is undoubtedly the terrace overlooking the sea and the beach! The sunsets are really incredible! It was very convenient that the villa has umbrellas and sun loungers for the beach. The sandy beach is downstairs, a few minutes' leisurely walk away. There is enough space for a comfortable stay. It is very convenient that there is a tavern on the beach where you can eat. The food is unpretentious but tasty. Very tasty coffee. Our impressions of staying at Villa Danai - an incredible house with a soul in the paradise of Halkidiki! The dream is to come back again! Thank you very much!

Positive: Great and super comfortable house on a quiet bay. Perfect for a group of 5-6 people. Really nice atmosphere of the house itself and the surroundings. The house has everything you might need, including small details like plenty of clean kitchen towels. This is the first place in a few years that we didn't need to start cleaning first. On the contrary- there was everything needed to spend the first couple of days without even going to the shops. Thank you, Danai and family! The beach is friendly, with clean waters and taverna on one end and beach bar on the other. Nice forest with plenty of aromatic pines and paths if you are into taking walks. Best place for a fully relaxing holiday! 🤩

Negative: Our stay was short. Another couple of weeks would have been perfect! 😁

Positive: The hosts were waiting for us when we arrived. They were very kind and had made us some roasted vegetables and picked us some figs. The apartment is nice because the beds are downstairs and there is air con down there also - a welcome relief in the hot summer nights. The beach was excellent and only about 50 meters away. A Taverna was right on the beach - serving fresh fish, coffee and beer etc. There is a more lively bar at the other end of the beach if you want it. The sea was lovely and clear and snorkelling was fun in the crags. Plenty of fish to see. We had a lovely time and would like to come back again one day. I would recommend this with no hesitation at all.

Negative: The apartment was fairly well equipped for cooking although a few more oven dishes would have made oven cooking more easy. We did not really eat in that much as the Taverna served food - but it is nice to have the option of staying in, and having the cookware to make a meal. Like I say, most items were there except oven dishes. Not a complaint at all mind you, just an observation. We managed just fine!

Positive: Magnificent location. For people with their own transport. A small complex of villas with original Mediterranean architecture. Silence, tranquillity, birdsongs. Clean beach and see nearby. Friendly local cat. Terrace with a wonderful view of the park, the gulf and the setting sun.

Negative: The water from the tap was sometimes turbid and during the day with low pressure. But for drinking, the lovely Danai had provided us with enough bottled water.

Summary: One of the most beautiful and peaceful places in Sithonia. We would come again!
